Refund policy

Each piece is made to order. For that reason we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not the piece you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. Return shipping, when required, is at our expense.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
